Would people treat their own front yards like this. This is the entrance to our beautiful suburb and people treat it like a dump, not all the stuff left there is paper either. I talked to the guy who empties these bins and he said it is done 3 times a day 6 days a week. If the bins are full leave it in your car for another time.
