Rapid rise in Naenae house prices
CoreLogic figures show house prices in Featherston had the most dramatic change in the Wellington region over the last five years to October, increasing 132 per cent, from $199,750 to $463,750.
Close behind Featherston was Naenae, which has also seen a massive increase.

- Price in October 2020: $566,250
- Change: 116 per cent
