Winter is here, or coming, depending on what you believe in. But whether you believe it starts on June 1st, with the winter solstice on June 21st, or when the weather packs in, now is a good time to prepare for more rain by making sure the grates over stormwater sumps (drains) in your street and on your property are free of rubbish and leaves.
