Looking for my new home
I believe I’m the kind of tenant landlords hope for, stable, trustworthy, and house proud.
I have been in my current home for the past 9 years, and while I’m sad to be leaving due to the owners selling, it's time to look for my new home.
I come with one other and a 7 year old Huntaway cross and a 4 year old Russian Blue cat. I also have excellent references and proven history of long term tenancy.

The Environmental Protection Authority announced this week that a proposed mine in Central Otago (near Cromwell) is about to enter its fast-track assessment process. A final decision could come within six months, and if it’s approved, construction might start as early as mid-2026.
We want to know: Should mining projects like this move ahead?

GARDENER WANTED
Looking for recommendations for a gardener (no lawn-mowing), who can give our gardens and section the TLC they deserve (weeding, pruning, diggng out, planting and binning old garden waste) and anything else you may see that needs doing.
