Viridian Glass NZ - Buyer Beware!

Lisa from Eastbourne

You might want to think twice before using Viridian Glass NZ. The company has failed to deliver and install my retrofit double glazing as agreed and within the agreed timeframe. I was told three days before the job should have been finished that they simply couldn't provide the product or the service.

The company has been in breach of contract since 7th June 2019 and has held my deposit worth thousands of dollars since 8th April 2019.

Viridian agreed to refund my deposit by the 13th of June...they've failed to keep this promise.

I raised an official complaint with National Office and again asked that my deposit be refunded as agreed...not even an acknowledgement from National Office.

Shame on you Viridian Glass NZ.

Poll: Do you think banning gang patches is reasonable?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

With the government cracking down on gangs, it is now illegal for gang members to display their insignia in public places whether through clothing or their property.

This means arrests can be made if these patches are worn in places like restaurants, shops, on public transport or ferries, and on airplanes. Arrests were made recently at a funeral.

Do you think this ban is reasonable?

Public Transport fares face 70% increase..

Mike from Alicetown

Wellington region users says increases to public transport fares of more than 70 percent would be "ludicrous", and would lead to them working from home more often, or taking the car rather than the bus.
