EXHIBITION EXTENDED
Exhibition of colourised, historic B&W photographs at Artspace Gallery by Brendan Graham. This exhibition was due to finish this Sunday but due to it's popularity, we have just decided to extend it for another two weeks, now finishing Sunday 4th March. These historic colourised B&W photos of the Hutt, Eastern Bays and Wellington has provided an enjoyable nostalgic trip for many who have already been to view it. Two other artists also exhibiting this month are Ronda Turk (oil paintings) and Mark Dimock - (paintings and garden sculptures.) Free Entry

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
