For people who experience this I offer an 8 session group programme, called “ASSERTIVENESS – STANDING UP FOR YOURSELF”

Some of the desired outcomes for participants are that they will be able to:
• Communicate more effectively
• Learn how to respectfully say “no”
• Use strategies to prevent being manipulated by others
• Interact more effectively in personal relationships and the workplace

Next course Monday 7Th May, 6pm - 8pm (16 hours in total). $180 per person

Location: Petone, Wellington

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
