I'm biking 850km to raise money to help improve the lives of children in need - do you want to help?
Don't worry, I'm not going to ask you to bike the 850km with me but I do have a goal to raise $5,000 in the next three weeks and I do need your help.
We are going to be hosting a Mega Fit Club next Wednesday 24th of January at 6.30pm at Dyer Street School and would love it if you could come along. Just $5 per adult and free for children.
We will be selling raffle tickets too so make sure you bring some extra $$$ if you want to be in to win.
The Fit Club will include a Dance Fit led by none other than Martine Carroll - Personal Trainer, health, promoter, lover of Healthy Active Lifestyles.
Anyone who has ever been to a Dance Fit led by Martine has had lots of fun.
Check out the video for more details and click the link to register to come along.
See you there.

Some Choice News!
Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?
Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
