Move Up Programme - Starts 28 July
Life is full of challenges and can bring some hard-hitting thoughts, feelings and emotions to all of us at times. We can have knee jerk reactions and say and do things we later regret. At Women of Worth we meet you where you're at on your journey, we encourage you to feel what you’re feeling, but show you that you don’t need to feel stuck or helpless.
We are now taking registrations for our MOVE Up programme. We will help you to approach each day with a growth mind-set, teaching and helping you to build a stable, better, good and thriving life, one small step at a time.
Starts 28 July – for 10 Weeks – every Thursday at our premises in Lower Hutt 9.30am – 1pm - Morning Tea and Lunch provided.
Email us: theteam@wow.org.nz to book your spot.
