"Artemis (or Arty) has done an amazing job at settling in. She's super curious and interested in everything going on - I've never had a cat who watches TV before and attacks it! She especially loves it when my boyfriend plays Call of Duty, she gets very involved. She also loves to play a lot and she's not fussy at all with toys.
This week especially she's started vocalising a with me a lot, she chirps and brrrrs away at me while purring up a storm. She's so cuddly! She loves to be carried all over the house and snuggle up on my shoulders. At night after she's finished her zoomies, she likes to sneak in under the blankets to be the little spoon. We're very happy with her, and she seems to be very happy in her new home too."

As Lynette, a resident at Edmund Hilary village, says βA lot of people still believe that you're going to a rest home. They don't know the concept of a retirement village. You go there, it's beautiful. You've got facilities. You've got activities. And you don't stop living.β
Retirement is a chapter of life thatβs filled with possibility. Choose the lifestyle you want to live and proudly embrace every opportunity. Itβs what Ryman residents do.
