chorus were supposed to turn up tommorow to do an install we'd arranged to be home as they said between 1&5 but couldn't be more specific and wouldn't ring beforehand. they turned up today, i happened to be around and spent a lot of time cleaning out areas they needed only to be told there is no fibre available at connection point. they are a pathetic company simply. i asked the supervisors number, they sent him my partners which was at least six months out of date, and she had advised updated number. how on earth anyone can run a business like that is beyond me.
