Why are you breathing DIRTY air?

Jay Patel from Airify Heat Pump Cleaning - Timaru

You wouldn’t drink dirty water … so why are you breathing dirty air ?

Virtually 100% of the air you breath in any air conditioned or heated space, has been recycled through a heat pump system ... numerous times.

Heat pumps are the dark, damp, nutrient-rich environment that mold, bacteria and other microbes thrive in, and a primary cause of “Indoor Air Pollution.”

Only a professional clean and service can remove these nasties from your heat pump.

Airify’s Premium Clean or Permasafe Clean can be booked online at www.airify.co.nz... or call 0800 247 439 to speak with one of our friendly staff.

Suellen’s sweet Christmas tradition

Kevin Hickman Retirement Village

The festive season is always a great excuse to indulge your sweet tooth, and this time of year poses the perfect opportunity to bring a real showstopper to the Christmas table.

For Suellen’s family, that showstopper is Croquembouche, an impressive tower of cream puffs bound together with spun sugar that is popular at weddings in France and Italy.

What began as a birthday treat at a local French café has become a cherished Christmas tradition for Suellen and her 17-year-old twin granddaughters, Ellie and Sadie. Every year, the trio gather in Suellen’s apartment at William Sanders Village to cook this festive dessert - a holiday highlight they all treasure.
