Mixed, senior, aerobic exercise corner Tyne and Glen St., Covenant Grace Church hall, free cuppa afterwards. Just turn up bringing gym shoes and hand towel. Friendly, no stress atmosphere. "Feel good" endorphines are released when we exercise. Any queries Phone 6866546
