Dog ate your ballot? Don't worry you've not lost your vote
If you've not received your voting pack or you've lost or damaged your voting papers you can still cast a special vote.
You can get special voting papers by visiting the Service Centres in Geraldine and Temuka or from the main Council office in Timaru.
Call the Electoral Officer, Mark Low or Deputy Electoral Officer, Phillipa Tsukigawa on (03) 6877200 if you need any more information.

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
