Cute, Practical Family Home
This lovely cross-lease property gives you a half share of 990m², three bedrooms, great gardens and loads of privacy. It's downright cute but also very practical and very conveniently located in Parakai on the same road as the famous Parakai Springs Hot Pools. The bathroom and two bedrooms are upstairs, and the third is downstairs along with the living room and practical modern kitchen. A good-sized partially covered deck offers fresh air living opportunities, ideal in the heat of summer. The property is fully fenced so the youngies or pets can be enclosed in front or rear, or allowed full roaming licence around the whole section while being safely contained. There's room here for a lot, especially enjoyment.

We want to know: As the world evolves, what skills do you think give a CV the ultimate edge in a robot-filled workplace?
