Introducing Your New Home!
If you have been looking for somewhere, you can relax, unwind, let the family run amuck and entertain with room for all, then congratulations. You've found it. My vendors have called this place home for the better part of twenty years. Here, they have raised their children, treasured the community, and cherished every memory made along the way. Now, it is time for another family to call this abode home. My vendors have their next chapter planned so this property is seriously for sale. When you come to visit us at 333 South Head Road, you will immediately notice the love and care that has been poured into it. The character home, beautifully maintained, has high ceilings, lots of windows and an all-important, indoor-outdoor flow. From the deck, you will look out to greenhouse, song-full bird aviaries and the established orchard with just about every fruit tree you could think of. Do a full 180 degrees, and you'll see where this family have reared numerous different stock, that soon became beloved family pets.

The plea follows the death of fisherman Liangpeng Lian who fell into the water while fishing on October 5 near Kauwahaia Island.
The 43-year-old's body was recovered on Muriwai Beach after it was spotted by a member of the public from a nearby walking track.
Kumeu community constable Dmitry Pantileev said Lian's family members were "absolutely devastated" by the tragedy.
Friends who were with Lian when he fell off the rocks were very upset, he said.
"I don't think they all do fishing any longer. "
Pantileev urged rock fishermen to avoid areas with extreme waves and tides, to take someone with them and to wear a lifejacket.
"It's not 100 per cent protection as the waves can crash you against the rocks and you can still be badly injured," he said.
"At least the jacket can prevent drowning and keep the person afloat until help arrives."
Pantileev reminded parents to keep a close watch over their children at such notorious swimming spots as Muriwai Beach and Bethells Beach.
"Once when I was at Muriwai, the water level came from below the knees to the chest area," he said.
" It was a split second for that wave to arrive.
"For people who can not swim and even for experienced swimmers, you can struggle because of the strong current and waves dragging you off shore to sea, " he said.

The Commerce Commission plans to follow a similar approach to that of their investigation into the price of petrol and diesel for land transport, which cost the taxpayer an estimated $2.5 million dollars. Labour promised an investigation into food prices on the election campaign and if unfair practices are found when the Commission's report is released in late 2021, necessary changes will be made.
Do you notice price differences between supermarket chains?

Many of the preschool's founding students will return to the kindergarten on November 28 to dig up the time capsules they buried as
youngsters.
Now aged in their 30s, the former pupils will pour over the pieces of history they hid 25 years ago.
The time capsules bear letters from their parents, a ribbon from the opening ceremony, newspaper clippings, and photographs.
Families of existing students will also bury time capsules during the anniversary celebration, which starts at 3pm.
Among their treasures will be memoirs about life for preschoolers during the Covid-19 pandemic.
After the ceremony, a Pop-up Op shop will be set up to raise funds for the preschool.
Activities for the children, a sausage sizzle and a bake sale are also planned.

For Aucklanders who have lived through the massive overhaul, do you think local government is running more smoothly?
Auckland Council's first year was far from smooth with the Occupy protest, the Rugby World Cup opening night transport debacle, a battle with central government over funding the inner-city rail loop, and a contest of wills over delegating powers to local boards and council-controlled organisations.
Auckland's inaugural super mayor Len Brown hailed it a success.
"Generally 2011 has been a good first year for the council, " Brown said in 2012.
"We've brought the region together... At the same time we have driven $81 million in efficiencies and reduced the inherited 9.3 per cent rates increase down to 3.9 per cent."
The boundaries of the new super city were unveiled in 2010.
Super city Auckland was divided into 13 wards with 21 local boards.
