The bill for Ruapehu's post-storm road repairs
Ruapehu’s mid-October storm has left a road repair bill of up to $10 million.
It caused major damage on more than 30 roads and Ruapehu District Council says the repair programme is likely to take two to three years.
However, the council expects to pay only a fraction of the $10m bill.
