Youth Tool Kete

Jill Smith from Citizens Advice Bureau Far North (CAB)

Our new website for young people contains information about many of the key issues for youth embarking on those 'firsts' in adult life - starting tertiary study, getting a job, going flatting, buying a car, getting ID and more. The site is for helping young people know their rights and responsibilities, and for linking them to the CAB service when they need help from a real person. The CAB website is at youth.cab.org.nz....

Give us a call on 09 407 9829 or 0800 367 222. Email us on farnorth@cab.org.nz. Or visit us at 6 Cobham Rd., Procter Library Building, Kerikeri (across the road from the Kerikeri Fire Station). Open Monday to Thursday 9.30 a.m. to 3.30 p.m. & Friday 9.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m."

Poll: Should all neighbours have to contribute to improvements?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

An Auckland court has ruled a woman doesn’t have to contribute towards the cost of fixing a driveway she shares with 10 neighbours.

When thinking about fences, driveways or tree felling, for example, do you think all neighbours should have to pay if the improvements directly benefit them?
