house goats

Terran from Kerikeri District

These Goats are not lawn mowers.

They have been pets for the main part so they are very tame and friendly. They have lived in a fenced home paddock with a shed for shelter and have been tethered during the day and moved twice.
They would be fine in a paddock full time. They are not used to electric fencing.
Mitsy: Doe. British alpine/Saanen cross. 2 years 8 months old. Friendly and loves being patted. Can be hand milked. $180

Salt and Pepper: Males. 3 months old. Mistsy's kids. Have started to eat grass/green matter so can be weaned soon. $80 each

Snow: Male: Saanen/British Alpine cross. 1 1/2 years old . A real gentleman. $160

Other goats available in a month.

Price: $180

Some Choice News!

Kia pai from Sharing the Good Stuff

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?

Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
