Lions in Kerikeri are holding a Women's Expo on Saturday 3rd November 2018 at The Turner Centre. Proceeds raised will go to Breast Cancer. Anyone interested in a stand please get back to me to see if you have what we are looking for to display on the day. Need professional people with a variety of goods and services for women.
Poll: Should the government levy industries that contribute to financial hardship?
As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
