The Polynesian Cultural Center will host the inaugural event in partnership with Fomuda Pty Ltd, the concept creators and management team of this amazing event. This will be the first time in the history of PCC that a dedicated World Cultural Championship for high school students will take place at the #1 cultural theme park in the world.
The competition will include educational workshops and culture studies held at the Polynesian Cultural Center for all competitors and their support teams. The program is an excellent pathway for the youth to showcase to the world their rich cultures in music, dance and costumes.
NB: To be eligible for the 2020 Fomuda World Cultural Championships™, High Schools must compete in their local State Champs for Polyfest® Australia in 2018.
