Can anyone recommend one of the above? My hot water cylinder leaked and the dampness in the chipboard flooring is still spreading, sagging and needs fixing, approx. 2 sq mtrs. I have some wood and have done a small piece with amateurish results. I am receiving a carers benefit for looking after my disabled daughter so can pay very little. Thank you.
