Hey Auckland,

What do you think about the Government's new 10-year transport plan? Although the rest of the country is set to benefit from transport investment, it's a double-whammy for Aucklanders. Locals will now have to face petrol price hikes as well as the newly approved regional fuel tax.

How will this affect you and your family? Are you for or against the new plan? Will the petrol price hikes force you to use more public transport? Let us know in the replies!

Three Mid North police stations will be manned round the clock from July 2.

Kaikohe Sergeant Haydn Korach said Kerikeri, Kaikohe and Kawakawa stations would soon be manned by extra officers 24/7.

"It's going to provide us with the capabilities to respond to priority calls quicker and help us keep our communities safer by patrolling the streets in the early hours of the morning," Korach said.

"We know crimes like burglaries happen at those early hours and we can target that type of offending."

For the apron, start with a smaller size than you would wear so it doesn't wrap around too far. Check that it has a lot of pockets." So tell us if you've got similarly fashionable, exclusive-for-the-garden glad rags, and if yes, why not post a photo in the Reply space too!
