Off-road trails connecting 18,000 square km's of Franklin region - what are your thoughts?
Hi neighbours - 18,000 square kilometres of the Franklin region could be interlinked through a series of walking, biking and horse-riding trails.
Funded by the Waikato District and Regional Councils, the trails would connect sixteen population centres including the four towns of Pukekohe, Waiuku, Tūākau and Pōkeno.

One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
