The Rubbish Trip, a zero-waste roadshow, is heading south to offer free presentations and workshops to people in Southland.
Hannah Blumhardt and Liam Prince have been living waste-free since 2015, but last year decided to hit the road, giving public talks throughout the country.
Now, for the first time the duo are taking their roadshow south to give talks in Milton, Taieri Mouth, Gore, Invercargill, Rakiura/Stewart Island and Riverton.

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
