Here at Healthy Families Invercargill we are really interested in the great initiatives that workplaces are using to ensure their staff have a healthy environment to work in. We want to help profile businesses that are doing excellent things and provide ideas for those businesses who would like to do more. Take a look at what's been going on at Ricoh Southland Copiers.
Poll: Should the government levy industries that contribute to financial hardship?
As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
