Wastewater discharge in lakes and rivers - how is this still happening?
Hi neighbours - the Queenstown Lakes District Council is pursuing its plan to spill wastewater into the region's pristine lakes and rivers, despite strong opposition.
193 submissions were received on the resource consent application, with 190 opposed, TWO in favour and ONE in neutral.
How is this happening? Why has there been no fast-forwarding for infrastructural developments? Let us know your thoughts in the comments.
