Woe to go: I just ran for 40 minutes - no biggie
The mechanics of running is pretty simple. Like walking, all you need to do is place one foot in front of the other. You just have to add speed and try not to fall flat on your face.
The reality of running is not as simple.
It's been four weeks since I first fit the track. I have gone from not being able to run to the front door, to being able to run for 40 minutes - I know right, crazy!
