Inconsiderate person
Hello
There is an inconsiderate person in the Salford school area that walks their dog.
While emptying the Portaloo on wilton st, in
the waste tank was a full doggy doo bag.
I had to remove the bag and put it in my rubbish container.
This is the second time this has happened.
A while ago when the Portaloo was on salford st the same thing was done.
Please share if you think this shouldn't be done.
