Research Survey-Factors affecting the use of Over-the-top (OTT) media service in New Zealand

OTT media service: OTT media service is an online video service that distributes video through the internet based on internet protocols, including subscription video-on-demand (SVOD) and video streaming services. In this study, the term ‘OTT media service’ is used for all forms of Internet video streaming services, such as Netflix, YouTube, and IPTV.
