Invercargill City Council’s Annual Plan for 2017/18 represents the third year of the Long-Term Plan 2015-2025 (LTP). You are welcome to submit on any of the content that was included in the LTP, as well as what is included in the following Consultation Document. The consultation period closes on 22 March 2017. Bullying
I was bullied in Form 1 at primary school by my teacher,he bullied me in front of my classmates.Fortunately my Mum stood up for me and warned both him and the head master that she would take it further if it wasn’t stopped immediately.Unfortunately some of my classmates carried on when he stopped and this went on at High School also and I only got away from it when we moved to another city and I went to a different school.Incidentally I graduated Dux of my primary school after that teacher told me I wouldn’t amount to anything as I had the brains of the insect I was,I guess he underestimated insects.I am 75 now and I can still vividly recall those days,karma got the teacher he was eventually fired from teaching and died of cancer,the lead classmate is now reclusive living a solitary life as even his family will no longer tolerate his behaviour and he has no friends.
