Paihia, Opua, Waitangi, Kawakawa and Moerewa are now on Level 4 water restrictions, joining Kaikohe, Ngawha and Kaitaia. This means water is used for essential use only and outdoor water use is banned. What do you think? How are you coping with the restrictions?
