Boxing/MMA Training/Sparing Buddy
Hi I'm looking for someone who has a keen interest in Boxing/MMA and is looking for someone to train with. Not out looking to fight and compete, just looking to train for some extra fitness and technique. Just light sparing. Maybe Tuesday and or Thursday evenings.
I have most of all my own equipment as well as pads, would help if you had at least your own gloves; mouth guard etc.

Poll: Do you think banning gang patches is reasonable?
With the government cracking down on gangs, it is now illegal for gang members to display their insignia in public places whether through clothing or their property.
This means arrests can be made if these patches are worn in places like restaurants, shops, on public transport or ferries, and on airplanes. Arrests were made recently at a funeral.
