A box of old New Scientist mags across a range of years c.2011 to 2014 (most appear to be in the 2011 range). They are full of amazing info and it seems a shame to be sending them to the recycle station! Free to anyone who would like them.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
