Let's step back from worry and work for just a moment and ask ourselves a simple question. Do I need help or can I help someone?

A new online platform has just come online which facilitates a great service as you answer that question. It's a place where you can get help or help others going through a difficult time, crisis or trauma of some kind.

The Australian Prime Minister has expressed plans to ban social media use for children.

This would make it illegal for under 16-year-olds to have accounts on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X.
Social media platforms would be tasked with ensuring children have no access (under-age children and their parents wouldn’t be penalised for breaching the age limit)
