Hall to hire
Hi there
as you may have seen on recent post of mine, we are looking at starting up a Soul Food Cafe (no food intended) and due to the great response I have received we have decided to go ahead with this group.
So now I am seeking a place to hold this group, could be up to 20 people, and needing a nice but VERY affordable area. Would need to be warm in winter and cool in summer and preferably Clive area as this would be the middle of the 2 cities.
We have been looking but thought of you wonderful people on here and how far your feelers may reach :-)
I look forward to hearing from anyone who may know of a place.
Poll: Do you think banning gang patches is reasonable?
With the government cracking down on gangs, it is now illegal for gang members to display their insignia in public places whether through clothing or their property.
This means arrests can be made if these patches are worn in places like restaurants, shops, on public transport or ferries, and on airplanes. Arrests were made recently at a funeral.
Do you think this ban is reasonable?
