Seniornet Open Day
Getting a little frustrated with social media and modern technology?
Come along and bring a friend to find some answers to your communication issues. Even though the weather's woeful, the Seniornet Hawkes Bay open day is going ahead tomorrow (Saturday) at 2:00pm. at Nimon House in the Mary Doyle Complex in Havelock North. We have a very interesting guest speaker who will give us an insight into online trading.
Find out about courses and workshops planned for the next few months and enjoy some great company and conversation over a cuppa.
Everyone's welcome, and entry is only a gold coin donation.
See you tomorrow.
Poll: Do you think banning gang patches is reasonable?
With the government cracking down on gangs, it is now illegal for gang members to display their insignia in public places whether through clothing or their property.
This means arrests can be made if these patches are worn in places like restaurants, shops, on public transport or ferries, and on airplanes. Arrests were made recently at a funeral.
Do you think this ban is reasonable?
