I had my time wasted, didn't get what I wanted and was treated poorly thru' the entire process - pretty epic customer service / experience fail all round.
Thing is, I would hate for anyone else to experience what I did .. but feel a bit shite for bagging on 'em. Esp as I had previously recommended them!

John was a standout presenter at the National SeniorNet Symposium held in Havelock North in 2015 where he told of the hectic times with plenty of ups and downs, back in 1999 when it all began. Where ‘Advintage’ really excelled over all others, was in sales to the provinces, where others concentrated their sales in the main centres. We thought you would enjoy this presentation as much as SeniorNet delegates from all over NZ did.
