A Heads up to the neighbourhood, if you are going to want bikes or scooters for Christmas we are now recommending you put your order in early to avoid disappointment.
Increased demand since we came out of lockdown combined with slower and disrupted shipping from the manufacturers overseas means many bikes are selling out while they are still on the boat.
To get your first choice of color, brand, etc please come to see us in our Havelock North bike shop.

Scam Alert: Bank cold calls
ASB is warning customers about reports of cold calls from scammers claiming to be from ASB. These scammers are trying to obtain personal information, including usernames, dates of birth, and verification codes sent to your mobile phone.
🛡️ The "Caller Check" Test
If you get a call from someone claiming to be from ASB and you’re unsure, just ask them for a Caller Check. You will then be able to verify the call through the app.
Remember, banks will:
❌ Never ask for your banking passwords, PINs, or verification codes
❌ Never need to know your full credit card number – especially the CVC
❌ Never ask you to download software or remotely access your device
❌ Never ask you to purchase gift cards or transfer funds.
If you have received a phone call and think your account has been compromised, call ASB on 0800 ASB FRAUD (0800 272 372), or visit your local branch.
Camera footage
Hi does anyone in the Raureka Hastings area have cameras on or facing towards Oliphant road that were operating on 27th Feb that could have captured a black hatchback vehicle between 10.25-10.40am travelling down Oliphant road and running over my friends dog. The vehicle dragged the dog and stopped by the shop and got out to have a look then took off. Any assistance be greatly appreciated. Thanks
