Client Survey

Ear Suction Hawkes Bay

We’ve just recently completed a client survey and we’re absolutely over the moon at the results.

Not only did we receive some fantastic individual comments (e.g. things like "I trust Anne completely", "very professional" and "great service") but overall, we scored very highly in every single category, as below:

Survey Question Result

Booking with Ear Suction Hawke’s Bay was easy - 89% 5/5
I didn’t have to wait long for my appointment - 92% 5/5
Getting to the clinic for treatment was no hassle - 98% 4/5 or 5/5
The treatment was pain-free/not uncomfortable - 98% 4/5 or 4/5
The process was professional and of high quality - 92% 5/5
I was pleased with the outcome of the treatment - 92% 5/5
The service provided good value for money - 98% 4/5 or 5/5
Would you recommend us? - 86% 9/10 or 10/10
How likely are you to use us in the future? - 98% 9/10 or 10/10

We are thrilled that Anne’s hard work, professionalism and dedication to providing the very best possible level of client care has paid off and that she has put Ear Suction Hawke’s Bay on such a sound footing in the short time we have been trading.

We are very grateful to all our clients who participated in the survey and in particular, Ray Gorin from Waipawa who won the $50 Prezzy card drawn randomly from participating clients. We would also like to thank all our clients and customers who have chosen to utilise our services and refer us and also to all the health professionals out there (whether doctors, nurses, audiologists or carers from rest homes/day centres etc.) who have been kind enough to refer people to us.

Poll: If we want to reduce speeding, what do you think actually changes driver behaviour? 🛻🚨🚓

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

In the Post's article on speeding penalties, the question is asked whether speeding fines are truly about road safety, or are they just a way to boost revenue for the Crown?

What do you think? Should speeding motorists receive speeding fines or demerit points?

Scam Alert: Bank cold calls

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

ASB is warning customers about reports of cold calls from scammers claiming to be from ASB. These scammers are trying to obtain personal information, including usernames, dates of birth, and verification codes sent to your mobile phone.

🛡️ The "Caller Check" Test
If you get a call from someone claiming to be from ASB and you’re unsure, just ask them for a Caller Check. You will then be able to verify the call through the app.

Remember, banks will:
❌ Never ask for your banking passwords, PINs, or verification codes
❌ Never need to know your full credit card number – especially the CVC
❌ Never ask you to download software or remotely access your device
❌ Never ask you to purchase gift cards or transfer funds.

If you have received a phone call and think your account has been compromised, call ASB on 0800 ASB FRAUD (0800 272 372), or visit your local branch.
