Women’s Wellness Fitness Classes

I’m looking for all the Hawkes bay women out there who want to change their fitness habits but don’t know where or how to start, who want to exercise but don’t want to go to a traditional gym, who need to take children along with them, who are self conscious about their body, who want to meet new people, gain confidence and get fit while doing so.

Women’s Wellness Fitness Classes
Monday, Wednesday and Friday
11:00am
5 Breadalbane Road, Havelock North
30 minute class
Fun body weight classes.
All exercises can be modified to suit those with pelvic floor issues, diastasis recti or any other illness or injury.

Bring your kids, I will provide toys or they can sit/lie/exercise next to you. Please ensure you are at least 6 weeks postpartum ☺️

First class is FREE then $5 per class after that so come along and try one out. What have you got to lose?!?

*please bring a mat, suitable footwear, sun hat, water and a can-do attitude.
