Women’s Fitness Studio - Hastings

Maria from Parkvale

From 1 April, I will be the new owner of the Women’s Fitness Studio in Hastings 🌟

A bit about me, Maria Pearson:

* Registered Exercise Professional - REPs registered
* BPhEd and MPhEd - University of Otago

My focus is women's health. I am passionate about healthy aging and staying well and robust as we get older. I’ve run a number of public talks on the topic.

I have previously worked at EIT where I was a researcher and lectured human anatomy and physiology to first year nursing students.

There will be no changes in the gym initially but there may be some interesting changes as I get settled in.

I will spend time in the gym (916 Heretaunga Street East, Hastings) starting Tuesday 7th February at different times.

I am excited about meeting everyone at the Women's Fitness Studio and sharing my knowledge and ideas!

Message me if you have any queries.

Step by step for a great cause!

James Wattie Retirement Village

Our amazing Hillary Hikers from Edmund Hillary Village showed their support for Bowel Cancer New Zealand's Move Your Butt campaign this month!

Sporting the bright purple and orange campaign shirts, these wonderful walkers hit the Auckland waterfront and marched from Mission Bay to Kohimarama, raising awareness for bowel cancer and the importance of early detection along the way.
