Hi Neighbours, have just returned from the first 'recycled teenagers' cross fit session for the new year and am feeling great (although a bit sweaty!) How about coming along, get moving and feel good, at your own pace. Fantastic, qualified trainers. Where else can you get good personalised training for $5. Tuesdays, 10.00am at Hastings Sportspark.
