Looking for a rental woes....

Penny from Saint Leonards

So this today - young married couple saving for a first home. They find the ideal wee 1 bedroom place on it's own small section not far from work, book for four days away to view it and go along today all excited and hopeful to find a NOTE on the door telling them it was gone. No text or call, no courtesy, nothing. And to add insult to injury... the landlady was watching them through the window as they read the note! One young lady crying all the way home... RUDE.. I hope the tenant they picked is exactly what they deserve :( be careful who you rent from I say, that is mean.

Poll: If we want to reduce speeding, what do you think actually changes driver behaviour? πŸ›»πŸš¨πŸš“

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

In the Post's article on speeding penalties, the question is asked whether speeding fines are truly about road safety, or are they just a way to boost revenue for the Crown?

What do you think? Should speeding motorists receive speeding fines or demerit points?
