Could people please think of the poor recycle and wheelie bin collection truck drivers, they have a huge job, and getting out of their trucks and walking along to bins stacked behind parked cars ... makes their day longer ... also they may not be able to see whats in the bins to know whether its for their truck or not ... Please think about this when parking in our skinny streets
