I hope everyone has had, or is going to have, a wonderful holiday, whatever your faith, observance, or personal beliefs.
But, moreover, I hope everyone ends their holidays safely and with appreciation for the people around them, near and far, and those they never meet, but depend upon every day.
To the unsung hero’s of today, the people who keep the lights on, the toilets flushing, the traffic moving, and our every days flowing, one after the other, in the many myriad, unseen ways, thank you. You are truly appreciated.

Poll: Should the government levy industries that contribute to financial hardship?
As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
