Bizarre trends
Well hi everyone. Interesting news in the report on the TV news last night if you saw it. House prices are defeating the pessimists view of what they thought would happen during covid and have increased dramatically. As one expert said, "we're in the dessert stage". I also liked the interview with the lady that said "why wouldn't you sell and make an extra 100k!" Will you be tempted to release that profit? Will it bottom out soon? Get on to it!😆

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
