Motordrome Tyre & Auto Services
As of Midnight Wednesday the 25th of March 2020 the level 4 will take effect and Motordrome Tyre & Auto Services will only run as an on call Tyre and Automotive shop to help assist with any tyre or mechanical work for essential workers and anyone with essential needs.
Update: Below is our Protocol for Employees and Customers which will be displayed at each site.
MOTORDROME EMPLOYEE AND CUSTOMER PROTCOL
Customers MUST phone ahead for any urgent work they require.
We wish to keep our staff safe so we will be taking a limited contact approach when bringing your vehicle in. Please follow the below steps for the safety of our staff and yourself.
1. Come into the reception area and ensure you remain 1 meter away from staff at all times.
2. There will be a container on the reception desk to drop car keys.
3. You will be asked details from staff for the job card which they will fill out for you.
4. Please try to make arrangements to drop your car off and go home while work is undertaken unless other arrangements are made with staff before booking.
We have provided staff with protective masks and gloves. keys and reception area will be regularly wiped down with antibacterial wipes/cleaner. We will be unable to offer courtesy pickups or drop offs unless prior arrangement is made. During this process we endeavour to make this as smooth of a process as possible, please be patient at this time.
Please ensure you do not use our services if you have recently been unwell or travelled overseas in the last Month or been in contact with anyone suspected or diagnosed of having Covid-19
