Golden Lab just seen running down Frederick St (1.30pm)
I just saw what I think was a lab, maybe retriever - was a large dog, running really fast .. it came out of Rangiora St into Frederick St, heading toward Pakowhai Road. It has a thick blue collar (sorry, it is raining so I hope I got the colour right) by the time I got out the gate and ran down the road, it was nowhere to be seen .. this happened a good 20 mins ago, during that horrible heavy downpour (the delay in my posting this is I had to shower and change out of wet clothes!) Hope it gets home safely :(

24 December at 4.00pm at St Columba's Church. A short gathering, involving children and families in telling the Christmas story. Children (and grown-ups) can dress up as angels, shepherds or animals. ALL ARE WELCOME.
