New Services

Ben Keehan from

After chatting with my friends and listening to what is happening in the market I have announced some new initiatives for you.

1. SuperGold Partner Status - heavily discounted fees for over 65's. Check them out at SuperGold or call me to discuss.

2. Buyers Agents - cant find the property you want? Engage me to find it for you , pay a small fee. Or want to sell your property offline and without a fee? Then get on my buyers agency property database.

3. FiSBO - Thinking of selling privately? Engage our new service for private sellers. Get all the help of an agent for a low fixed service fee, do the fun stuff your self, we do the boring things. Find out more at www.fisbo.co.nz... or message me for more details. FiSBO is in beta so we will look after our first customers. FiSBO is a real game changer for real estate.

4. Free Parking - See me in Taradale Shopping center and I will put 50c in your meter. I'll announce the days here by event.

Thanks for all your help so far, call me anytime on 06 845 9202

Poll: Would you commute by public transport if it was free?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

Using your car is convenient, except for finding parking.

Cycling lets you leave anytime, but you might arrive soaked.

So, neighbours, if public transport had the perk of being free, would it be your main way to commute?

Poll: Does grocery bagging affect where you shop?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

There's only a few differences between our larger chain supermarkets here in New Zealand. Having someone bag your groceries is one of them.

Does having your groceries packed for you at the checkout influence where you do your grocery shop? If so, tell us why.
